Contract Management Specialist

Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is currently recruiting for a skilled Civil Engineering Planner to join our client's team on a prestigious project. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and planning various aspects of the project, ensuring timely completion and compliance with contractual requirements.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent organisational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in Asta Planning Software or Primavera P6 is highly desirable, as is knowledge of NEC, ECC/ICE Forms of Contract, SHW, and CESMM. A working knowledge of team planning software and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly are also essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production of tender and contract programmes
- Production of planning files, notes, and worksheets
- Production of quality phasing drawings, flowcharts, time slices, and mass-haul diagrams
- Identification of temporary works and traffic management requirements
- Management of as-built records and measurement of productivity
About the Role:
