Temporary Role for 3 weeks with potential to extend

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

We want to speak to candidates who are a whizz on Excel, are used to multitasking and who are used to working at a fast pace.
Our client based in Gravesend is looking for someone to join their team as a Temp to cover staff sickness initially for 3 weeks but there is potential for it to extend.
Key Duties:
Support the helpdesk function within the team
Scheduling and assigning work
Liaise with external third parties such as suppliers and contractors
Keep up to date with and maintain records
Updating availability for sub-contractors
Arranging training internal and external training
Ensuring work is carried out and completed in a timely manner with the internal systems updated
Maintain Health and Safety records, ensuring Risk Assessments are uploaded and updated Apply online today to be considered for an immediate start or email (url removed).
