Role Responsibilities:

Provide personalised, compassionate care for children with complex needs, including supporting them during fun activities.
Conduct regular checks and assist during the day sits with them
Maintain thorough care records and ensure effective communication with the care team.
Uphold high standards of professionalism, empathy, and dignity in every interaction.
Some personal care is required such as toileting, showering, changing pads. 
We’re looking for:

Individuals with experience in children's behavioural care, or those with 6 months’ professional experience as a Care Assistant or Support Worker.
A kind, resilient, and compassionate nature with the ability to build strong, consistent relationships and enagaging and fun persona towards clients activities.
