Your Mission:

As our Business Development expert, you'll be the driving force behind our growth. You'll establish new partnerships, help redefine recruitment strategies, and lead us and our partners to even greater success.

Identify and win over new clients in the Engineering and Manufacturing recruitment space.
Work with the Business Director to craft tailored solutions to meet clients' unique needs.
Collaborate closely with our talented team to deliver exceptional service.
Keep us at the forefront of innovation by using your networks and communities to keep up on everything recruitment, Engineering and Manufacturing.
Harness the power of the Group services, collaborating and cross selling where possible.
What we’re looking for:

A proven track record in business development in a 360 recruitment role within Engineering, Manufacturing or Technology sectors.
You might currently be an experienced 360 recruitment consultant looking to focus purely on winning new business.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
A passion for exceeding targets, driving results and getting things done
An entrepreneurial spirit and a hunger for success
Resilience and adaptability, with a flair for thriving in dynamic environment
To be able to get to our Stonehouse Office in Gloucestershire when required.
