Learning Support Assistant

Learning Support Assistant - Wellingborough, Northamptonshire - Immediate start - £90 to £100 per day depending on experience

Tradewind is working with a Primary School in Wellingborough to appoint Learning Support Assistants to work with students with SEN across EYFS, KS1, and KS2

*** LSA's - Wellingborough, Northamptonshire - £90 to £100 per day depending on experience

***Immediate Start - Temporary to permanent roles for those who impress

Key Responsibilities - LSA - Wellingborough, Northamptonshire

Provide support on a 1:1 basis and in a whole class setting with SEN students
Work closely with teachers and other external professionals to promote an inclusive and nurturing learning atmosphere
Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address the specific needs of each student
The students react well with calm and supportive individuals who are able help them understand the lessons

About you - Learning Support Assistant - Wellingborough, Northamptonshire

Relevant qualifications or previous experience working in a classroom setting
SEN experience is desirable
Have a genuine interest in supporting children with special educational needs, contributing to their academic and social growth
Be able to work with students of differing disabilities and behavioural needs
Be available to work Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 3.30pm
