This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional who is passionate about supporting young people in their education and to lead the SEND provision in a rapidly improving school with inclusion at its heart.You will be an enthusiastic and experienced leader with an understanding of vulnerable young people and will want the very best outcomes for all young people.
You will have, or be willing to study for, the SENCo qualification.
We are looking for a strong leader and your background is less important than the skillset you can offer.
This is a key post in the school and will be an essential part of making this a great school.
We welcome candidates for tours or an informal chat with the Principal.
We are a 'Good' (April 2023) and heavily oversubscribed school.
We have excellent facilities in a state-of-the-art building, situated in a pleasant location only 30 minutes to both Croydon and Brighton, by rail or car.
The school has been expanding in recent years take on additional students due to its popularity.
