About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Educational Needs Teacher to join our team in West Drayton. You will work with students who have a range of special educational needs and disabilities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver tailored learning programs for students with special needs
  • A compassionate educator must be able to assess and monitor student progress, provide individualized support, and collaborate with staff and parents
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth

Requirements for SEN Position:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience in SEN teaching, including developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Strong communication skills, patience, and empathy to build trust with students, parents, and colleagues
