We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience, to support our skilled professionals in their important work.

Job Description

You will play a vital role in supporting students' academic, social, and emotional development, working closely with teachers and other professionals to create personalized learning plans that meet each student's unique needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as education, special educational needs, or a related subject
  • Experience working with children with SEND
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • An ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
