Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Educational Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of the class team and the wider school community, you will be responsible for providing essential support to students, creating a positive and engaging learning environment.

You will work closely with teachers to ensure student progress and development, providing one-on-one support as needed. Your role will also involve managing behaviour, academic support, and emotional wellbeing care under the direction of the Teacher and Senior Teaching Assistant.

Requirements
  • Experience working in schools supporting children academically or pastorally
  • An understanding of Special Educational Needs
  • A passion for working with children
  • Good academics (A Levels, CACHE, NVQ or Degree Level)
What You'll Do

As an Educational Support Professional, you'll be an integral part of our team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality educational services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing one-on-one support to students, ensuring their progress and development
  • Working closely with teachers to create a positive and engaging learning environment
  • Managing behaviour, academic support, and emotional wellbeing care
Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary range of £23,500 - £27,500 per annum, depending on experience.
