Learning Support Assistant in Enfield, North London
This role as a Learning Support Assistant in Enfield, North London offers an opportunity to work in a forward-thinking school at the heart of North London, supporting a diverse and dynamic group of learners.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong passion for working with children with special educational needs. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will deliver one-on-one and small group interventions to students with Autism and ADHD, supporting classroom learning across KS3 and KS4.
Key Responsibilities- Delivering Interventions: Provide tailored support to students with Autism and ADHD, helping them achieve their learning goals.
- School-Based Learning: Assist classroom teachers in supporting students with special educational needs, ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive.
- Builing Relationships: Foster positive relationships with students, promoting their confidence and independence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with teachers and SEN specialists to adapt resources for individual learning needs.
- A Bachelors degree in Psychology from a top UK university.
- A commitment to a Monday-to-Friday, term-time-only contract.
This Learning Support Assistant position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and modern school environment. With a competitive salary of up to £100 per day (including holiday pay), paid weekly via PAYE, you will be rewarded for your hard work and dedication.
