Ribbons & Reeves Limited are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work with children who require additional support. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs achieve their full potential.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tailored educational support to students with SEMH needs
  • Collaborate with the SEN team to monitor and support student progress
  • Assist in classroom management and create a positive learning environment
  • Lead small group activities and assist in 1:1 sessions
  • Encourage and inspire students to reach their full potential through targeted learning strategies


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a genuine interest in SEMH and special educational needs. Previous experience working with children is essential, and a degree from a top UK University is preferred. You must also be able to start immediately.
