Our Solihull office markets our sealing range to Industrial and Aerospace customers, providing local design and service support.
We are seeking a  Customer Service Coordinator to join our  UK Aerospace team .
As part of this dynamic team, you will play a vital role in contributing to the achievement of TSS UK Aerospace objectives.

Developing an extensive knowledge of all aspects of customer service including company objectives, guidelines, procedures & workflows, that are so important in the Aerospace market.
Your responsibilities will include: First point of contact for all Aerospace customers enquiries / concerns Investigation of customer complaints or concerns.
Receive and respond to customer's quotation requests in an accurate and timely manner.
Acquire feedback from customer and update appropriate systems.
Receive and process customers' orders / schedules according to Order Review process.
Prioritize the workload to satisfy the customer needs and meet the Company targets.
Developing a knowledge of company products / part numbering system Ensuring Aerospace guidelines and procedures are adhered to at all times, seeking the Team Leader, Account Managers and Customer Service Manager's support, if needed.

About the Ideal Candidate Education and Experience: Minimum GCSE Grade C in Maths and English (or equivalent).
Proficient Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience in a Customer Service role, preferably in Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Aerospace industry.
ERP experience: SAP experience is preferred.
Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Commercial Awareness Planning & Organisational Skills Problem Solving Skills Attention to Detail Behavioral Characteristics: Lead by example, actively contributing to departmental and company goals.
Take initiative for personal development.
Can-do approach Collaborate effectively within a team and work independently with efficiency.
Consistent ability to achieve set targets and objectives.
Travel Requirements: Occasional travel within UK to Trelleborg Manufacturing and Customer sites.
