About the Company Our Client is a International Branded and Own Label Food Group operating across the World-Foods Category, they have significant market share across most major retail customers and larger Foodservice Wholesalers.
However, through significant investment the opportunity now exists an opportunity to lead their ambitious growth agenda across the Oriental Foodservice Channel.
This includes the traditional Japanese and Chinese Food sectors but also significantly includes continued growth into the mainstream Wholesale Foodservice channel.
They are now looking for someone to really grasp this opportunity and deliver YOY sales growth .
The successful candidate will in essence have the opportunity Strategically Drive the Channel Growth and develop the forward business plan in line with overall UK strategy, working alongside our Technical & NPD teams.
About the Role Reporting to the Head of Sales, this is a unique and exciting opportunity to spearhead the continued growth of the overall Foodservice channel.
You will be responsible for managing the commercial relationship with this Businesses route to market Wholesale Foodservice partners across the Oriental Channel.
In addition to this you will also lead several high performing end user accounts from within the OOH sector.
Within this remit You will have full accountability for: All Senior Contacts within the Oriental Foodservice Channel.
Develop and help lead the vision for the Total Branded and Private Label Business; secure key stakeholder buy-in.
Provide a Vision for others to form key customers and suppliers, both trade and non-trade, securing existing business and winning new.
Drive News Business across the Total Oriental Foodservice Channel- Wholesale and End-User.
Lead several high performing end user accounts from within the OOH sector.
Define the growth categories and consumer need states and energise the origination and delivery of innovation which maximise growth opportunities.
Candidate Requirements Candidates must be able to demonstrate a proven track record across Oriental or Ethnic Foodservice Channels.
The client is also open to candidates with experience selling to Buyer level with multi site Foodservice end users.
Finally, the role will need a huge amount of Drive and Passion for delivering real quality to the end consumer combined with a creative flair for delivering ground breaking Customer Solutions.
