Market leading plumbing & heating manufacturer Specialist role selling to OEMs across multiple sectors Technical sales role working on short & long-term projects Excellent career opportunity 100% new business role to add significant growth to a established division Great chance to progress your career in future UK Business Development Manager - OEM The Role: The UK Business Development Manager is a national, stand-alone, senior sales role targeting a range of OEM clients across the boiler & heating cylinder manufacturing, Caravan & Leisure, Drinks Dispense, Automotive, Compressed Air, and Underfloor Heating spaces.
The UK Business Development Manager will building new relationships with either brand-new business, or with existing data which has laid dormant or has not spent as much as they could have in the last few years.
This is a 100% new business development role whereby your skillsets of unlocking doors will get you in, get the client spending, and then you can concentrate your efforts on other new prospects as the account will be picked up by one of the Key Accounts Team within three months.
You will be selling a range of valves, gauges, piping, and other equipment into the sector and you will be the go-to new business person for this market leading manufacturing powerhouse.
This role is fast paced, challenging, and very diverse.
One moment you could be dealing with a small manufacturer of heaters, the next working with the Design Engineers in a huge manufacturer.
You will be very well supported by the rest of the Account Management team, internal sales, and the technical team across the UK.
Their CRM is excellent, and the brand speaks for itself.
