BarclayMeade are recruiting for a Sales Manager / Sales Executive for a well-positioned Materials Handling business working with a variety of clients, from Online Retailers and Dockyards to FMCG and Manufacturing businesses.
With a strong presence across the North West of England the company are now looking for ambitious sales-focussed people to join the team working across the Manchester and Lancashire region, developing new business and growing the client portfolio.
We are looking for people who are already in a field sales role, ideally with a background in Materials Handling Equipment (MHE) or capital equipment sales.
You should be a confident communicator, skilled in CRM-driven prospecting, direct marketing, and managing customer needs.
The position suits someone who thrives both independently and as part of a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities Actively seek out and secure new business opportunities with both prospective and existing clients.
Represent and sell industry-leading products, along with complementary offerings such as rental options and pre-owned equipment.
Prepare detailed sales reports by gathering, analysing, and summarising key data.
Work closely with the team to align efforts and contribute to achieving collective business objectives.
Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
