Role Overview Veratrak is on the hunt for a high-energy, enthusiastic, results-driven Business Development Rep to level up our growth team
In this role, you'll be key to our growth strategy, helping us towards our next company milestone, and driving net new ARR
You'll be working fully remotely at a seed stage start-up, so think about whether this is the right role for you.
On the one hand you'll need to be self actualising, structured and disciplined, on the other, adaptable, flexible and emotionally intelligent.

Responsibilities Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers based on Veratrak's ICP and Buyer Persona's within the pharmaceutical industry.
Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads, working with marketing to convert MQL's into SAL's.
Outreach: Initiate outbound contact with prospects through cold calls, emails, and social channels to discover their needs and book discovery calls (first meetings).
Creative collaboration: Work closely with the growth team members to develop and implement effective outreach strategies and campaigns.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and interactions in Hubspot, aligned to the Veratrak Sales Management Operating Rhythm.
Performance Metrics: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for activities, lead generation, discovery meetings scheduled, and other key performance indicators.

Good understanding of Account-Based Marketing principles and strategies.
Experience with personalised outreach techniques, including building and running outreach sequences/cadences, cold calling and email campaigns.
Familiarity with MEDDPICC sales methodology Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with senior stakeholders.
Proficiency in sales outreach tools such as Hubspot, Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to hit and exceed quota in a remote work or hybrid work setting.
