Insurance Business Development Executive

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Insurance Business Development Executive to join our team in Winnersh and Sheffield. As an Insurance Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to new and existing customers by phone and email.
Key responsibilities include taking personal responsibility for lead generating for our field-based sales consultants, meeting and exceeding daily and monthly business targets and KPI's, and generating new prospects for your own account book daily. You will also need to conduct market research on all leads to develop to a warm status.
A successful Insurance Business Development Executive will have a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly. They will enjoy working in a team and be driven to achieve all team goals and objectives.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including 26 days' holiday entitlement, opportunities for career progression, and the chance to gain CII or ACII qualifications.
