Graduate Psychology Teaching Assistant – Candidate Specification Graduate Psychology Teaching Assistant A degree in Psychology or a closely related discipline is essential Experience working with young people or individuals with SEN is helpful but not mandatory A genuine passion for supporting learners with additional needs and creating an inclusive learning environment Graduate Psychology Teaching Assistant – Job Specification Full-time, long-term Graduate Psychology Teaching Assistant role Earn up to £520 per week Work alongside teachers and SEN coordinators to support learners with additional needs Provide one-on-one or small group interventions tailored to students' unique requirements Support emotional well-being and help build confidence in SEN learners Facilitate classroom activities by adapting resources and ensuring accessibility for all students Monitor progress and assist in creating a positive, nurturing learning environment Gain invaluable insight into education and SEN support in a mainstream secondary school setting Sociable hours of Monday to Friday, between 8:00 and 16:00 Opportunities for professional development and hands-on experience in SEN education This Graduate Psychology Teaching Assistant role is based in a supportive and inclusive secondary school in Manchester.
