**Psychology Teaching Assistant - Person Specification**:

- 1st or 2:1 or above in Psychology related degree
- Strong academic background
- Previous experience supporting young pupils would be advantageous
- Genuine interest to pursue SEN education is essential
- Ability to deal with challenging behaviour
- Awareness of SEN in school settings
- Proactive person
