About the Role: As a Creative/Artistic Youth Worker , you'll work in a school that embraces a holistic approach to learning , blending sensory and therapy strategies with a personalised curriculum.
You'll have the opportunity to: Provide 1:1 support to pupils with complex needs , ASD , SEMH , and behavioural difficulties .
Use your creative flair to inspire confidence, promote engagement, and bring joy to their learning journey.
Foster a calm, purposeful, and supportive environment tailored to individual education and emotional needs.

We're looking for someone who: Believes in the potential of every student to achieve greatness.
Has a strong background in Arts, Sensory, Drama, or Therapy (degree or practical experience).
Is adaptable, proactive, and positive , ready to tackle challenges with creativity and care.
Builds strong relationships with staff, students, parents, and the wider school community.
Your Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and meaningful lessons using creative techniques.
Support children with their individual goals as outlined in their EHCPs.
