**Job Role**:
We are looking for dedicated, passionate Support Workers to join our team. You will support individuals with learning disabilities with all aspects of daily living, from personal care to supporting them in leisure, education and social activities.

Our Support Workers enable our customers to express their rights, choices and aspirations whilst ensuring the highest standard of care is maintained in accordance with Outlook Care's policies, procedures and CQC Fundamental Standards.

**The Service**:
Hawthorn is Residential Care home for people with Learning Disabilities. The scheme houses 10 people and is a purpose built complex bungalow situated within the prestigious location of Burntwood Place, close to the centre of Brentwood, and is within easy reach of local shops, public transport links, day centres and places of worship. The bungalow has a communal lounge and dining area, single occupancy bedrooms, bathing and kitchen facilities. Residents can also enjoy summer months in the private garden.

- Certificate of sponsorship is unavailable at this time (Skilled worker route).
