- As a skilled Youth Worker, you will provide individualised support to pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) and behavioural difficulties.
- Your role will involve using creative techniques to inspire confidence, promote engagement and bring joy to the learning journey of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual education and emotional needs.
- Foster positive relationships with staff, students, parents and the wider school community.
