Housing Support Worker

We are looking for a **Housing Support Worker** to join our Housing team. You will assist in the day to day running of the hostel and to meet clients' needs through a high-quality service which enables individuals to address their support needs, any behaviour issues, and that ultimately prepares for a positive move-on.
The Housing Support Worker will effectively manage a caseload that provides constructive guidance to clients through dynamic support planning, as well as oversee individual rent accounts to minimise the risk of arrears and loss of accommodation.
You will deliver individual and group activities that provide opportunities and experiences where residents may learn and develop life skills in a safe, accepting environment. Assist service users to a position of being able to hold down full-time employment and the ability to maintain their own tenancy.
If you are able to conduct yourself in a professional manner, have the skills to manage a tenancy case load with mínimal supervision and have good knowledge of current and future benefits arrangements, you just may be the person we are looking for.

- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, shifts vary 8am-4pm & 2pm-10pm including Bank Holidays and weekends every 5 weeks.
