Our client, a highly regarded care provider, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinical Lead Nurse to join their team.
With a focus on dementia and nursing care, this role is your chance to make a meaningful impact while advancing your leadership and clinical skills.
As the Clinical Lead Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of care provided to residents.
Working in a supportive and collaborative environment, you'll lead on clinical governance, mentor a dedicated team, and ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.
What we're looking for Registered Nurse : A valid NMC pin (RGN or RMN).
Clinical Governance Expertise : Proven experience with clinical governance and regulatory compliance.
Leadership Skills : Strong ability to inspire and lead a nursing team.
Compassionate & Approachable : Committed to delivering person-centred care and building positive relationships with residents and their families.
Organised & Proactive : A solution-focused mindset with excellent organisational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership : Oversee and lead clinical practices, setting the standard for excellence in care delivery.
Resident Care : Support the delivery of personalized care plans for residents with dementia and nursing needs.
Quality Assurance : Monitor and uphold clinical governance, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and internal policies.
Team Development : Mentor, support, and inspire the nursing team to achieve their best.
Collaboration : Work closely with the care home management team to implement strategic initiatives and improve outcomes.
Safeguarding & Risk Management : Ensure resident safety and well-being through proactive risk assessment and safeguarding measures.
