We are recruiting an exciting role; Accounts Receivable Officer, based from our Bristol city centre offices.

The Role As our Accounts Receivable Officer for TEG Europe, you will: • Work with inter-departmental team members and external venues on post-show reporting; • Close off venue & touring ticket revenue & expenses by raising sales invoices and/or passing accounts payable items to the AP team for processing; • Process ticketing revenue from various agencies; • Support the Tour Finance Accountant and Venue Finance Manager with accurate reporting; • Oversee aged debt management and credit control; • Post income receipts; • Prepare and reconcile monthly ageing reports; • Continually look for finance process improvements; Requirements The Person We're looking for someone who has: • Financial experience and systems knowledge • Medium to Advance level of Excel skills • High attention to detail and problem solving skills • Ability to develop strong working relationships • Excellent planning and organisational skills • Experience in working in a fast-paced environment, working to multiple deadlines and projects Benefits So, what does TEG offer?
