Job Summary and key responsibilities: Our Client Accounts Assistants are dedicated to ensuring they are building and maintaining strong working relationships with branch staff and managers to resolve queries in a timely manner.
This is a role best suited to someone who enjoys customer service alongside financial administrative tasks to ensure a smooth end-to-end experience for our tenants and landlords.
Key Responsibilities: Assisting branch staff with errors on the system and general queries via telephone and Help Desk, within the agreed Service Level Agreement.
Assisting Landlords with queries via telephone and email.
Reviewing Landlord and Tenant ledgers/accounts.
Refunding demands and fees generated in error.
Setting up/amending charges for rent, commission and other fees.
Transfer of funds to balance ledgers.
Building strong working relationship with Branch staff and Property Manager What are we looking for: Ability to identify problems and suggest solutions.
Enjoyment of exceeding customer expectations at all times.
Investigative, analytical skills.
Ability to prioritise workloads under pressure.
A calm, authoritative manner on the phone with excellent communications skills allowing you to discuss queries with landlords when required.
Ability to be diplomatic.
Accuracy and attention to detail at all times.
Organised and methodical approach.
A passion for getting it right, first time.
