Job DescriptionWe are looking for a kind and compassionate individual to make a difference to the quality of life for our Client in Weston super Mare, Mrs F. As a Live In Carer, you will live in Mrs F's home and provide a variety of non-medical services to help them keep healthy, safe and independent.
This is a permanent position and will be a working pattern of 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off.For this position, it would be useful to have previous experience of working in a care setting.
You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service.
You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful.
You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others.
The pay rate for this placement is £120 per day (£840 per week).
You will also receive a £35.00 per week food allowance which is paid monthly.Mrs F lives in Weston super Mare, and has done all her life.
At 99 years young, Mrs. F is a charming and sociable lady who cherishes her independence.
She enjoys engaging conversations, reminiscing about the good old days.
She has a lovely apartment on the sea front, giving you access to beautiful costal views, leisure activities, a shopping centre and various food outlets.
Weston super Mare also has great public transport links via buses and trains.
As a Live In Carer, you will be provided with your own bedroom, TV, and access to Wi-Fi.Mrs.
F uses a walker for short distances and a wheelchair for outings, so your encouragement and gentle support will be invaluable.
