Community Engagement & PR Manager We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and highly organised Community Engagement & PR Manager to join our team at ELLIKER.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving brand growth through building meaningful relationships with local communities, influencers, and industry partners, as well as organising impactful events and outreach initiatives that amplify our brand's presence.
As a key player in our marketing and brand development strategy, you'll collaborate closely with the product and marketing team to drive buzz, launch new collections, and build brand loyalty through engaging social initiatives and event experiences.
Responsibilities: Community Outreach & Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to engage with local and online communities, building authentic relationships with customers, influencers, and key partners.
Foster loyalty and advocacy around the brand.
Event Planning & Execution: Plan and manage in-person and virtual community events (e.g., pop-ups, launches, workshops) to drive engagement and excitement around the brand's products and values.
Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and build partnerships with influencers, industry professionals, local businesses, and other strategic partners to amplify brand visibility and create exciting collaborations.
Social Impact & Outreach Initiatives: Plan and oversee social impact projects or initiatives that align with the brand's core values, ensuring a positive and meaningful brand presence in the community.
Product Seeding & Activation: Coordinate product seeding strategies with influencers, bloggers, and community leaders to generate buzz and increase brand awareness through authentic product placements.
Content & Social Media Support: Work with the marketing team to create compelling content for social media, email campaigns, and other channels that highlights events, partnerships, and brand values.
Qualifications: Proven experience in community engagement, partnerships, event planning, or social media marketing, ideally within the fashion or lifestyle industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A creative mindset with a passion for the fashion, social outreach, and brand storytelling.
Proficient in using social media platforms, email marketing tools, and event management software.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field; additional certifications are a plus.
Experience in influencer relations or product seeding.
Knowledge of the latest gorpcore fashion trends, lifestyle, and community-driven marketing.
Background in PR, event management, or brand development.
