We are seeking an Event Planning Specialist to support the growth and community engagement of Katie Bard. Key responsibilities include planning and executing high-impact events, fostering a vibrant community, collecting and analysing event and membership data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align event and membership activities with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualise, plan, and deliver a diverse range of events, including networking mixers, educational workshops, hackathons, and community socials.
  • Foster a vibrant and inclusive community by organising member-driven initiatives, such as special interest groups, mentorship programmes, and member-led events.
  • Collect and analyse event and membership data to measure the success of your initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, sponsorship, and partnerships teams to align event and membership activities with the overall business objectives.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in event planning, client/partner management, or customer success roles, preferably within the tech industry.

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
