Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Discharge to Assess team asBusiness Support Administrator.
This post is ideal for someone with a positive and pro-active approach and a keen eye for detail looking to strengthen their skills in administration.
Based at Regent House, Stockport you will be responsible for delivering high quality, comprehensive administrative support to the team.
You will have excellent communication and organisational skills in order to complete essential day to day administrative tasks, including dealing with telephone enquiries, supporting clinicians with administrative tasks, data inputting and updating actions as required.
Extensive experience of Word, Excel spreadsheets and the ability to prioritise your own workload and meet deadlines are essential requirements for this post.
An understanding of working with EMIS would be an advantage.

Recording of data and collating reports on patient flow.
Ensuring meetings are booked and comprehensive administration support is delivered.
To liaise with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis.
To proactively manage ones own workload and work collaboratively within the team to deliver all objectives.
To order relevant supplies through NHS Supply Chain To distribute communications across the Trust.
To support at events delivered by the team.
