To be a key member of the Business Support Team, booking site access and completing post works handover documentation.

Role requires ability to work independently to meet critical deadlines.

Be a key member of the Business Support Team by owning & managing site access and completing Handover packs as part of a dedicated Business Support team.

Maintain document control and storage, track project activities and team communication

Support the wider project team with the development of all key project background documentation including access, and HOP co-ordination

General day to day communication with office to ensure KPIs for handover packs are met.

Collation of Handover pack information in line with client and strict internal standards. A keen eye for detail is required here (training will be provided)

Ensure access for all activities is in place according to the schedule

Departmental and individual reporting on performance & adherence to KPI’s

Ensure that technical knowledge is up to date with stringent client requirements, including but not limited to Health & Safety

**Salary**: £17,500.00-£22,000.00 per year
