Revenues Officer Rugby Contract £16.59 per hour Our client is looking for an experienced Revenues Officer.
A Revenues Officer to support its team in delivering high-quality revenue services.
This short-term role is perfect for an experienced professional with a strong background in local government revenue collection and administration.
Key Responsibilities: * Administer and manage council tax and business rates accounts.
* Handle billing, payments, and customer queries efficiently.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and council policies.
* Support debt recovery processes and liaise with stakeholders.
Requirements: * Proven experience in revenues administration.
* Strong knowledge of council tax and business rates regulations.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
