**The Opportunity**

As a Senior Finance Assistant at PWR Europe, you will be a crucial player in our finance operations, utilizing your expertise to ensure seamless financial processes. Your responsibilities will encompass:

- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions with precision.
- Leveraging your financial reporting experience to generate insightful reports
- Conducting bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Credit control
- Expense management
- Engaging in effective communication with clients and suppliers, nurturing strong relationships.

**What We're Looking For**:

- A strong foundation in accounting principles to ensure meticulous financial management.
- Hands-on experience in financial reporting, enabling you to deliver valuable insights.
- Adept expense management skills.
- Excellent communication abilities to liaise effectively with clients and suppliers.
- Previous experience in payroll preparation and processing (Sage Payroll knowledge would be an advantage)
- A proactive mindset, ready to contribute to PWR's growth journey.
- A strong eye for detail and excellent numeracy and literacy skills
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term business relationships
- Hunger to learn and expand your knowledge and skills
- Ability to work under pressure and problem solve
- Confident using software packages such a Microsoft Office
- Your positive attitude, strong work ethic, willingness to learn and flexibility is what makes you stand out.
