Are you an experienced finance professional with a passion for managing company finances and ensuring financial stability? Power Nation Cheer Limited is seeking a Head of Accounts to oversee all aspects of day-to-day finance operations. If you have experience with Sage 50 Accounts Software, Sage Payroll & HR, and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage company and intercompany finances, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Handle all aspects of day-to-day finance operations, including supplier payments, balancing customer payments, and running financial reports.
- Utilise Sage 50 Accounts Software to maintain financial records and manage accounts effectively.
- Utilise Sage Payroll & HR for efficient payroll management and HR-related tasks.
- If experienced, complete and submit VAT returns as a bonus responsibility.
- Solve financial and accounting-related problems efficiently.
- Provide flexibility in working hours, with a minimum commitment of 3 times a week (Mon-Fri) and 15/20 hours.
- Receive handover training to ensure a smooth transition into the role.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in financial management and accounting.
- Proficiency in Sage 50 Accounts Software.
- Experience with Sage Payroll & HR systems.
- Familiarity with VAT return completion and submission (**bonus skill**).
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in financial practices.
