As a key member of the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, you will be joining an exceptional team working together to help our patients to stay healthy, when they need it most.

Led by Mr Rob Bethune, our Quality Improvement (QI) coaches provide advice, support and training, including delivering our F1 Junior Doctors QI programme Developing and implementing plans and activities to strengthen improvement at the Royal Devon, in-line with the new national improvement approach, NHS IMPACT Managing service improvement activities and projects, working with senior leaders and multi-disciplinary clinical and non-clinical teams, to deliver sustainable improvements in-line with Trust priorities The Trust is keen to support all managers to be the best they can be, not only for themselves, but also for the services they support.
