About the Role

We're seeking an experienced PMO leader/Programme Manager to join our team as an interim PMO Lead. In this role, you'll be responsible for establishing a Project Management Office (PMO) to drive critical change across IT, Finance, and HR.

The estimated salary for this position is £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a Project Management Office (PMO) to drive critical change across IT, Finance, and HR
  • Lead governance initiatives and educate teams on best practices
  • Implement frameworks to support a sustainable back-office infrastructure

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in transformation projects, particularly systems changes
