Location: Belfast (Skainos Centre) -However, there may be some travel required within Northern Irelandtofulfilthe duties associated with the post.Hybrid Options Available Hours of Work:37.5 hours per working week.

Annual Leave Entitlement:You will have 26 days of annual leave per year.
Additionally, you will also have 12 customary holidays, normally bank holidays per calendar year.
Enhanced Occupational Sick Pay:Applicable to eligible staff.
Digital Marketing: To contribute to the communications strategy, as part of the overall strategy and operational plan.
Support development of Thresholds digital media presence by planning campaigns, scheduling content and monitoring social medial presence on an ongoing basis.
Development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Facebook Ads, demonstrating a creative approach to content creation.
Measure performance across all digital marketing activity using a variety of web analytic tools such as Google Analytics and social medial analytics, providing regular reports to the Director of Finance.
External Communications: Develop, manage and optimise Threshold's digital presence and outputs including new website, social media channels and other digital platforms responding to queries as necessary and ensuring information meets users needs, is accurate and up to date.
Create, commission and curate new and engaging content including photos, videos, infographics, social media, blog posts and other web content from a range of contributors including colleagues and stakeholders.
Increase our digital reach including through SEO and using analytics to evaluate, report and improve our digital impact.
Be a champion for digital.
Stay abreast of digital innovations and think about how these might be relevant to Threshold's work.
Internal Communications: Define and agree the information architecture of SharePoint, understanding what colleagues need from SharePoint to inform design process, serving a functional purpose and making it look good and easy to read.
Create and modify lists, document libraries, workflows, web parts, layout, and scripts using SharePoint.
Liaise with external IT support to implement change as required.
Write, edit, and curate content for various channels, including staff newsletter and SharePoint ensuring a cohesive brand voice.
Collaborate with Finance and People colleagues to deliver timely communications on key topics like wellbeing and employee engagement initiatives.
Essential Criteria: GCSE Mathematics and English at Grade A C or equivalent.
2 years experience of using digital communication channels & tools including social media and web techniques and systems to maximise digital engagement.
2 years experience of managing an internal SharePoint intranet.
2 years experience of using digital technologies such as SEO, Google Analytics, social media platforms, CMS, Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative, Google Ads.
Experience in developing and scheduling digital content.
Ability to work on own initiative and to manage a demanding and dynamic workload in a professional manner.
A positive can do attitude and the ability to problem-solve and contribute new ideas.
Excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skills with an ability to take the initiative.
Ability to network and develop effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
Excellent administrative skills and ability to develop and maintain internal systems to store information compliant with legislation (such as GDPR) and good practice.
