Our specialist skills & knowledge help clients adopt the latest innovation in performance-based marketing. Experience with Google Ads is a necessity, but the role includes other advertising platforms such as Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads. Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and GA4 is also required, as foundational software in our toolkit. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to learn more advanced data skills such as coding (e.g. SQL) and cloud solutions (e.g. BigQuery).

Key Responsibilities
  • Client / Account Management: Build effective relationships with clients, communicating regularly via email/phone and leading on presentations and reports.
  • Technical Marketing: Assist with technical implementations, including tagging & tracking (GTM, Consent Mode, Enhanced Measurement), and other solutions (GA4, BigQuery, Advanced Analytics, etc.).

Confidence working with spreadsheet software (Excel/Google Sheets) and Word is required. The ability to set priorities and manage multiple projects in a busy agency environment is essential. Experience of other digital advertising platforms, e.g. Tableau and Power BI, is beneficial. Knowledge and experience of quality assurance for, and testing of, tag implementations is also a plus.
