Conveyancing Solicitor (E&W Residential Property Experience), Belfast Location: Belfast, City Centre Salary: Competitive, based on experience Experience Level: Qualified Solicitor (E&W) with relevant experience, flexible level of PQE About the Role Our client, a distinguished law firm with a significant presence, is seeking an experienced and qualified Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team specialising in residential property.
This role focuses on advising and managing high net worth clients on complex leasehold estates and residential transactions.
Working within a firm known for its collaborative culture and commitment to excellence, this position provides an exciting opportunity to handle complex property matters while building relationships with high-profile clients.
Key Responsibilities Manage and Advise on High Net Worth Transactions: Handle a diverse caseload of high-value residential property transactions, including acquisitions, sales, and financing.
Leasehold Estate Expertise: Provide specialized advice on leasehold structures, lease renewals, enfranchisement, and other complex residential property issues.
Client Relations and Business Development: Build and maintain excellent client relationships, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
Work closely with clients to anticipate needs and exceed expectations.
Due Diligence and Compliance: Conduct due diligence, oversee property searches, and review and draft legal documentation to ensure regulatory and legal compliance.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, offering support to junior staff and working closely with senior solicitors, property consultants, and international colleagues.
Skills and Experience Required Qualified Solicitor (E&W): Must hold a practicing certificate in England and Wales.
Experience in E&W Residential Property Matters: Proven experience handling complex residential conveyancing matters, with specific expertise in leasehold estates and high net worth transactions.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of property law, regulatory requirements, and best practices in conveyancing.
Client-Focused Approach: Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and deliver a high standard of service, especially within the high net worth client segment.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in handling sensitive and high-value property matters.
Team and Interpersonal Skills: Strong collaboration skills with a commitment to maintaining the values of teamwork, innovation, and client-first service.
