Our expertise supports utilities, municipalities, and industrial customers to deliver reliable water services and protect vital resources for future generations.Due to an internal promotion, we are now seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead our high-performing Key Account Management and Sales team across the Central region. This is a pivotal opportunity to shape the success of a critical territory, working with major UK water utilities and driving both capital equipment sales and service/aftermarket growth.Your main tasks and responsibilities: Deliver sales targets for the Central region in line with the overall UK sales strategy.Lead, motivate, and develop a talented sales and key account team, ensuring they excel in building long-term customer partnerships.Drive a blend of capital equipment sales and aftermarket/service opportunities, ensuring sustainable growth.Collaborate with operations, service centres, and engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions for customers.Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to influence strategy and secure new business.To succeed in this role, you will need: Proven track record in regional or key account sales management, ideally within water, utilities, or a related engineering sector.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.Commercially astute, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strategic thinker who can balance growth ambitions with exceptional customer care.What We Offer YouCompetitive basic salaryCar or car allowance – EV options availableAnnual Bonus Scheme33 days annual leaveDefined contribution pension schemeConfidential Employee Assistance ProgrammesWide range of retail and lifestyle discountsCostco membership optionDiscounted personal car leasingLong Service AwardsContinuous learning and development through Sulzer Learning PathwaysRole LocationThis is a mostly home-based role, spending the majority of your time on the road with customers across the Central region.
