This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated sales professional passionate about environmental innovation and circular economy solutions. The successful candidate will develop and execute a go‑to‑market strategy for reverse vending systems, build long‑term customer and partner relationships, and establish a strong regional presence for cutting‑edge recycling solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a regional business plan to drive sales and market share. Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers, distributors, and service partners. Identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities within the recycling and sustainability sectors. Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure. Deliver persuasive product presentations and represent the brand at industry events and exhibitions. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product Management, Marketing, and Service teams to align regional needs with global strategy. Monitor and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast performance against targets. Support partner enablement, ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Requirements Education & Work Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or account management. Proven track record in B2B technical or capital equipment sales. Experience within environmental technology, recycling, or automation sectors is advantageous. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, hands‑on approach. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate plans into results. Collaborative and team‑oriented, with strong stakeholder management skills. Customer‑focused with a consultative selling approach. Fluent in English; additional languages are beneficial. Physical Requirements Willingness to travel frequently across the UK, with some international travel as required.
