Harbor London is seeking an experienced and dynamic Partnerships Director to join our team and drive global awareness of our exclusive, one-patient-at-a-time mental health and addiction treatment services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to represent a leader in luxury, personalized healthcare and make a meaningful impact on people's lives.


Role Overview


The Partnerships Director will be responsible for developing and nurturing strategic partnerships worldwide to promote Harbor London's unique treatment approach. This individual will play a crucial role in expanding our global reach and connecting high-profile clients with our meticulously crafted, discreet services.


Key Responsibilities


- Identify and establish partnerships with luxury hotels, concierge services, private banks, family offices, and other organizations catering to high-net-worth individuals

- Develop and implement strategies to raise awareness of Harbor London's services among potential clients and referral sources

- Represent Harbor London at exclusive events, conferences, and networking opportunities globally

- Cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals, therapists, and addiction specialists to generate referrals

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored promotional materials for different markets and cultures

- Provide regular reports on partnership performance and market insights to senior management


Qualifications


- Proven experience in business development or partnerships within the luxury or healthcare sectors

- Strong network of international contacts in relevant industries

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels

- Cultural sensitivity and experience working in diverse global markets

- Understanding of mental health and addiction treatment landscape (preferred)

- Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours across different time zones
