Your Role
As an Account Manager at Swap, you will be the cornerstone of our client success strategy, ensuring the satisfaction, retention, and growth of our merchants. You will join us during an exciting phase of hyper-growth, helping to shape the future of our platform. This is a unique opportunity for a dedicated account manager with 3-5 years of experience, particularly in e-commerce, to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Success and Retention:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our brand partners, acting as their main point of contact.
- Understand client needs and objectives to ensure Swap’s solutions align with their business goals.
- Proactively address client concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Growth and Utilization:
- Identify opportunities for clients to utilize additional Swap products and services.
- Work closely with clients to drive product adoption and maximize their use of our platform.
- Provide insights and recommendations to clients on best practices and strategies to grow their business using Swap.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Product, and Customer Support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Communicate client feedback and needs to the product team to inform product development and improvements.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement account plans to drive client success and growth.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure client satisfaction and account growth.
- Use data-driven insights to set goals, prioritize projects, and make informed decisions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, with a preference for experience in e-commerce.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
