They are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join their dynamic sales team and contribute to their growth. We are open to candidates who might not have too much commercial experience within a similar role, but someone who is hungry and ready to be successful in a fantastic environment that breeds success.
Role Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, playing a key role in generating new business opportunities. This position requires a proactive approach to outreach and a genuine interest in understanding clients’ IT needs in order to be successful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach to potential clients through phone calls, emails, and social media.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects to identify their IT requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies.
- Track and report on sales metrics and performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- A passion for technology and helping businesses succeed.
