Customer Success Specialist

At ComparePower, we're looking for a skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a crucial role in helping customers find the best electricity rate for their home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Listen to customer concerns to find the best product that fits their needs
  • Use closing techniques to overcome objections
  • Share ideas across teams to improve our capabilities and products
  • Maintain a high level of open communication and morale at ComparePower and within our sales team

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of inside sales experience preferred
  • 1+ year of energy experience a plus but not required
  • 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a high-energy sales environment as a team player
  • A desire to understand customer needs and frustrations to build rapport over the phone and via text
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Demonstrated ability in computer skills including email, CRM system & Web-based tools
