Internal Sales Representative

CXC are delighted to be working with an industry leader in the Working at Height Access Platforms and Solutions sector. They have over 35 years' expertise and provide rental hire, pre-owned, refurbished and new powered access platforms, new & used lifts, access platforms, scissor lifts, hoists, cherry pickers and booms for safe access at height, from a variety of manufacturers.
They are looking for an enthusiastic **Telesales Representative** to join their team and contribute in generating sales for the company. You will be responsible for closing down sales, reviving lost relationships and contacting customers from the database.
An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

**Responsibilities**:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
- Answer customer questions and queries about products or the company
- Ask questions in order to fully understand customer requirements and close sales
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation or pass on the required
information to the line manager
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Cover the hire desk during times of annual leave
**Initial Salary on offer**
- £28 -£35,000 per annum plus uncapped commission structure
