Job Description

Neon Bear is looking for a qualified Client Manager for our growing UK team.

Flexible, 3-5 days, depending on the candidate.

Your Role:

·        Nurture and grow client relationships.

·        Work collaboratively with the team.

·        Drive innovative solutions to meet client needs.

·        Workflow management and practice management

·        Reviewing technical work 

·        Advising on both accounts and tax matters

·        Managing payroll for all clients

·        Training and supervision of the team, including apprentices

·        Business Development for both current and new clients

·        Support with marketing

You will join weekly Google Meet team meetings, and depending on where you are based you will also join our monthly in person days in a central London location.


You can flex your day and do the hours which work best for you and your clients. You will be working in an environment where the output is important, there is no clock watching at Neon Bear, just focus on client support and deliverables.

You will receive regular training, and you’ll be given time to ensure that you keep up to date with the latest changes in accounting, taxation and technology.


We meet socially every couple of months to do something fun, hopefully you wont find it forced fun All paid for by Neon Bear.
