Job Description

Sales Manager - Ely, Cambridgeshire - £65,000/year + Car Allowance + Bonus

(4-day working week)


A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join a precision manufacturing company working across the Defence, Aerospace, Medical, Nuclear & Scientific markets. This would suit a candidate with an engineering/manufacturing background who is proactive and enjoys developing new clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Key management, motivation and development of the sales team.
  • Management of target delivery ensuring that forecasts are accurate and timely.
  • Generate new business and develop new markets for the team (with a focus on the Defence industry).
  • Set up and monitor supply agreements and contracts.
  • Monitoring of agreed targets and objectives to ensure their successful achievement.


Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales with a focus on new business development.
  • Engineering / Manufacturing background (preferred).
  • People management / Leadership skills.
