With a cutting-edge facility housing over 100 advanced moulding machines, they offer an unparalleled turnkey solution for plastic part production. From innovative concept development to meticulous plastic engineering design, through to precision plastic injection moulding tooling and mass production, they deliver excellence at every stage.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and motivating the Sales, Customer Liaison, and Marketing departments, with a focus on sustaining sales growth and enhancing customer performance metrics. You will collaborate with your team to support all sales and marketing initiatives, driving continued business expansion. Your efforts will include nurturing existing relationships and exploring new market opportunities to increase overall revenue.

***Up to £75,000, quarterly commission/bonus, OTE package of £85,000 + Car allowance ***

As the sales Director, your duties will include:

The direct management of sales, marketing, cost estimation and customer liaison.
Utilising a strategic approach and continuous marketing and sales activities to drive sales growth.
Opening new markets and opportunities for growth in plastic injection moulding, in particular the furniture sector and packaging sector.
Assisting in cost estimating and developing the company's cost estimating and CRM capabilities.
Developing new business and helping improve and grow existing business.
Supporting customer visits internally and externally as well as supporting and organising exhibitions.

To be successful in the role of Sales Director, the ideal candidate will:

Have a solid track record of sales and business development within the plastic injection moulding industry, both in terms of nurturing existing clients and winning new business.
Possess the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Have strong management skills, particularly in management of remote staff i.e. Sales team.
Be experienced with E-marketing, SEO and website growth.
Have demonstrable experience of developing sales and marketing strategies and successfully executing them.
