**Position Summary**:
As an Inside Sales Representative, working in a part time capacity (20 hours per week), you will support our UKI Sales Director (and occasionally the wider sales team) in building and expanding sales to Rhapsody’s current customer base. You will develop customer relationships using your product knowledge of Rhapsody’s Interoperability suite and your understanding of internal Rhapsody processes to achieve business targets, while providing seamless customer service.
**Responsibilities**:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with customers through a consultative, trusted adviser approach to drive renewal opportunities
- Manage short cycle (renewal) sales opportunities from start to finish
- Work closely with the sales team to align daily activities and practices to effectively meet assigned business objectives
- Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable team to support our customers and ensure a positive customer experience
- Ability to manage technical conversations at a high level with customers and partners
- Demonstrate technical capacity to understand sales tool (Web, database, Salesforce, reports) and be able to effectively articulate technical information in an easily understood manner
- Document all customer-related activities in our CRM system (Salesforce)
- Work cross functionally to support customer success
- Manage G Cloud relationship, ATOS and other framework partners
- We are a small team so other responsibilities may be added as we go
**Job Requirements**:
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in an area related to business and/or healthcare IT preferred; experience may be substituted for education
**Experience**:
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer/client facing role
Skills/Abilities:
- Track record of or strong interest in success in healthcare IT sales
- Passion for technology and customer focus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - and preferably two other languages
- Experience and/or knowledge of the health IT space
